Course Detail

This is a half day practical course on how to skin and prepare game; it will however depend on the game available at the time of booking.

We should be able to cover most of the following: Fish, Fur and Feather prep in some form or other, you will also learn how to cook your game over an open fire in various ways covering, Dutch Oven, Convection or Fry

We are a friendly team of Instructors and love sharing good food and making great memories with you.

Additional Information

Max 10 people per course.

Please remember bring with you a mug and a drinks bottle (not glass).

Tea, Coffee and Squash will be available during the day to keep you hydrated, the site has flushing toilets and hot running water too.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable foot wear for outdoors.
